The Supervisor of Career and Technology Education (CTE) provides leadership in developing, planning and implementing occupational completer programs approved by the Maryland State Department of Education. CTE programs are continuously evaluated and revised to meet the demands of the local and state workforce needs. Career Technology Education programs are changing to better prepare every student for success with skills-driven education and high academic and technical achievement. CTE instructors are accepting the challenge to prepare students for challenging careers and higher education. The CTE Supervisor also has responsibility for Technology Education and is the Principal of the Center for Career and Technical Education. |
