Student Health Services

Student Medication

Medication can be administered only in the health room when a medication form signed by parent/guardian and physician is received by the school. Contact your school for the proper forms. All medication must be brought to the school by the parent/guardian. Students who use inhalers may carry their inhalers with them if they have signed parental consent and a signed order from their physician. It is extremely important for the safety and well-being of your child that you notify the school of any serious medical situation that could require specialized attention (e.g., diabetes, severe allergic reaction, epilepsy, and other chronic disorders).
